Who makes these bows?
Hi! the answer is me, Natchaya, the founder of Lamoonist. I make them all by myself from start to finish as it is my absolute passion to do so. :) From fabric and material sourcing, to the actual design and production process, to packaging and inspection right up to shipping, all bows must pass several quality inspection steps by my hands to ensure that they are all up to the high standards of Lamoonist. We take great care in all processes to make sure your little ones are as happy as they can. All processes are clean (my mom is a nurse so no wonder why I have this sense of cleanliness from since a young age). Fabrics are stored in a smoke-free home. Hands and sewing equipment are washed and cleaned regularly. Packaging and work surfaces are sprayed and wiped down with Dettol solutions and sanitizers throughout the day in the awareness of Covid-19 prevention. It is my joy and happiness to bring these sweet creations to you and your little ones to enjoy.
What is your current turn-around time?
I promise to try my best to get all orders processed and on their way to their new homes as quickly as possible. Currently, my turn-around time is 1-3 business days which will be added to the estimated delivery time that postal services and couriers inform me that the parcels will take to arrive at your doorstep. However, as our business is a home-studio, home-made, and handmade business, during the busy holiday season and festive times, the turn-around time may be longer than that. Orders are not shipped out on Sundays or public holidays in Thailand.
Kindly note that the time used to process orders is additional to the estimated delivery duration time.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping from our home studio in Bangkok, Thailand to the following countries costs
$6 USD per package to all locations for standard, tracked mail.

* We normally don't ship express parcels as the fare can be 4 times more expensive and we would like to keep fares low and consumer friendly for you to enjoy shopping. However, if you would like to choose express, tracked mail - these parcels will take lesser time to deliver and the status will be tracked and updated at every stop during the transit, from start to finish. For the exact price, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on our Instagram DM : lamoonist.studio as the weight of each package and your location must be calculated in a case by case basis for our couriers to appraise the price for express mail, which we will notify you.

If your package is returned to sender due to an error in address, it is NOT the responsibility of Lamoonist to cover any additional shipping fees. If the wrong address has been provided, please contact us as soon as possible. There is a high chance (but cannot be guaranteed) that within the first 12 hours after ordering, the parcel has not been packed yet and we can still reprint the shipping labels. • Stolen packages after delivery (If your order does not arrive after we have already shipped it and provided a tracking number for the parcel, we unfortunately cannot hold the responsibility to replace the order.)

How can I pay for my order?
Currently, customers can choose between paying through
1. PayPal (which is linked with our website and will appear for confirmation upon checkout), and
2. Manual international depositing through mobile bank applications.
- we currently don't accept payment through credit cards yet, but we're working hard to add that option soon, for your highest convenience :)
✿ If you don't have a PayPal account, no worries! Customers may also directly deposit the order's payment (the total amount and shipping fares will be calculated upon checkout) into our bank account manually through the SWIFT Code system and the International Transfer option on mobile banking applications.

✿ Afterwards, kindly wait for us to manually confirm that we've successfully received the payment, which may take any time from 1-24 hours depending on the bank's transactional processing time.
✿ Once we have confirmed the payment, we will start processing your order right away. :) The goodies will then be shipped, and the bows will be on their way to your house.
What if my order does not arrive?
If it has taken more than 30 days and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us through our Instagram DM @lamoonist.studio or email@example.com and we will contact our courier to help locate your parcel.
If a tracking number has already been issued (meaning that the package has been successfully shipped out from our studio by us) but your order does not arrive due to issues that are out of our control, such as lost/stolen packages, refusal to accept packages, or mistakes cased by the postal service or courier as stated in our policies, we regret to say that it is not the responsibility of Lamoonist to replace the order.
What if my order is slightly different from what I had expected?
At Lamoonist, we try our very best to make sure that the photos posted on our social media platforms and online website are as accurate to the actual color of the physical product as possible with minimal photo editing and natural window lighting to bring out the true colors. All photos are taken from the actual product. Still, we understand that colors may display differently on camera and vary slightly between each person's screen calibration on their device. Also, as our goodies are all handmade products, there may be a slight difference in the fold/finished look/print on printed fabric/ a small variation in the size of the bow. However, we will try our best to make the bows in each batch as similar to its fellows as much as possible. If you have received your parcel and it's not what you were expecting, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll try to find a solution to satisfy you as much as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to our products' nature. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us through our Instagram DM @lamoonist.studio or email@example.com.
Can I clean Lamoonist bows?
♡ If necessary, they can be spot-cleaned using hand-soap or mild washing detergents and ambient temperature water. To keep your goodies pretty for a long time, please do not immerse the alloy clips into water, or machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry the bows.
♡ After spot-cleaning, you can pat dry them with a soft towel and place them on a flat surface (such as a handtowel or piece of cloth) to dry nicely with minimal creases.
♡ For goodies with alloy finishes such as alligator clips and snap clips, please take extra care to keep these parts dry during the spot cleaning process.

Which options are available for the bow's finishes?
Currently, Lamoonist offers 4 options for the bow's finishes, which can be chosen upon order. Simply select which option you'd like your little one to wear the bow, and we'll arrange that for you before shipping!
♡ Interchangeable alligator clip - the clip will not be permanently glued onto the bow***, meaning that you can slip the alligator clip off the bow and replace the clip freely in whichever way (left or right) that your little one would like her hair to be styled and paired with her outfit that day. This option is recommended for slightly older children than babies and toddlers, as these clips are not glued to the bow; they may be pulled out from the bow and may pose as a choking hazard for young infants.
♡ Left side alligator clip - for the left side of your little one's head; the alligator clip will be permanently glued onto the bow.
♡ Right side alligator clip - for the right side of your little one's head; the alligator clip will be permanently glued onto the bow.
♡ Soft & stretchy nylon headband - we sourced the best brand with the highest quality of nylon headbands in Thailand to make these soft and stretchy headbands. This option is recommended for very small infants (one size fits all!) with short peach fuzz hair that cannot be gripped with alligator clips yet. :)

***A gentle reminder to please supervise small children while wearing any accessories, as they may contain small parts which may pose as a choking hazard. Please never leave your child unattended and be sure to remove all accessories during nap time
What should I do if the bow becomes untied?
We're proud to inform you that after the sewing and ironing process, once we tie our bows into the desired shape, the bow's knot is then secured with a small amount of fabric glue and/or hot glue which we take great care in making sure that the glue is carefully hidden underneath the folds and clips as much as possible for aesthetic purposes. This helps prevent little fingers from accidentally grabbing and untying the dainty little bows so they stay in their cute shape for a long time. However, in the rare case that the bow becomes untied, please feel free to DM us for guidance on how to tie the bow back into its original form, or you can also ship the bows to us so we can do it for you. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fares both from and to their house.
Is it okay if I update my order?
Kindly note that as we work hard to process your order once it comes in and prepare them to be ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. However, as our order processing time may take between 1-3 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us to see whether the order has been processed already or not. If not, you can update your order as you please. However, if the order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped off, we unfortunately can't update or change details in that order anymore.
Oopsie, can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that we try our best to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
However, if your order has not yet started or entered the order processing procedure, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible with your order number and we will help take care of it for you!
Kindly note that your order cannot be canceled nor refunded if it has already been fulfilled.
Can I adjust my shipping address?
Kindly double check the address to ensure that it is the correct address. If the wrong address has been provided, please contact us as soon as possible. There is a high chance (but cannot be guaranteed) that within the first 12 hours after ordering, the parcel has not been packed yet and we can still reprint the shipping labels. If it has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any adjustments. If your package is returned to sender due to an error in address, it is not the responsibility of Lamoonist to cover any additional shipping fees.
Can I refuse my shipment?
If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Lamoonist, which the amount is dependent on your country. Once we receive the parcel, we also cannot refund the refused order as stated in our refund policies.
Where can I see my order status?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 15 minutes. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-3 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays and or weekends. All packages are shipped through Thailand Post and our partner courier agencies who partner with local postal services, such as USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Royal Mail.
If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org to verify your email address. With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Please check all inboxes as it may be automatically sent to your junk/spam folder.
